I cheered with these cute girls in college at USU and we called ourselves the "Fearsome Foursome" because we were always together and cheering, eating penny candy or waking up at 6:00 am to go to the gym...when we went to bed no earlier than 3:00 am. Nice. We all got together in Logan the other weekend and it was SO FUN! I love you girls!
Thanks girls and thanks again to Mergs for organizing it all and for the rad clocks of USU you gave us!
Then last FRIDAY we had the annual BFF Christmas party. The first one was at my cabin when we were in 8th or 9th grade. I LOVE you girls and I'm so excited about my new hot chocolate maker and fav movie "Girls just want to have fun." Sarah's dad made us the BEST dinner and we loved it. Love you! BFF for life!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD!!
"Yesterday, 7 December 1941-a date which will live in ...INFAMY! "
This is what earned me an A in history class.
My dad's birthday is Dec 7th and he would always repeat the Pearl Harbor speech when we talk about his birthday. Us kids would all roll our eyes...HOWEVER, when I was at USU freshmen history the professor stood up and said "Anyone that can complete this sentence gets an A...yesterday, Dec 7th a day that will live in ..." Of course I shouted out "INFAMY!"
THANK YOU DAD! This is just one of the many great qualities of my dad. He knows everything about history. Just on our recent trip we had so much fun going over the different wars and presidents and so many stories. I'm amazed at his memory! It's like looking into a history book. So happy birthday dad! Just wanted to tell you a few qualities that I love about you.
This is where my dad is working at in Whakatane, New Zealand. The hospital is small and he is loving having a relatively low work load. My dad is so hard working and smart and is a wonderful doctor and dad because he is sensitive and caring to others feelings. Now the people of New Zealand get to be blessed with your kindness!
My dad stood like this and said "Look little one (has called me that since I was born) I'm Samson" This is one of my favorite memories of my dad. He would tuck me in EVERY night and I would beg him to tell me a story. He wouldn't reach for a book, but he would tell me stories from the Bible or book of mormon. This was one of my favorites of Samson and Delilah. He probably had to tell it 100x's. Thank you! It was such a special time and when I think of these scripture stories I think of you.
This is my mom and dad's home in NZ. He is such a wonderful husband and father. I am amazed at his patience, love, understanding and thoughtfullness to my mom and us as kids. It's funny because I went on a date the other night and found myself talking about my dad half the time (real attractive I know). I talked about how he never wants to be flashy (drives a corolla :) ), is so kind and teaches us to work hard, is a wonderful example and tender hearted man. Why wouldn't I talk about him all the time?
It's so funny because my dad is known to be thrifty and not buy things we don't need. But..he sure does love his plants and he won't scrimp on those! When I got to NZ, sure enough there were 800 plants and a cute garden outside! He loves the earth and gardening and plants. He would always tell us we need more plants in our houses for the oxygen! Thanks :)
I love to see my dad sit back and relax. Why? Because this is a rare thing. He is always a busy bee, finding new projects. I'm glad he can lay down on the beach once in a while and appreciate some R and R for a guy who certainly deserves it! Thank you for your example, love and friendship! I love you and happy birthday!

My new boyfriend...90210 stye :)
So any 90210 fans? Guess who I ran into in LA? STEVE from 90210!!! I was loving life! He was so so nice and fun to talk to! I was on the phone with Karlee and I saw him sit down in my terminal to go to SLC. I said to her "Oh my gosh, should I go talk to him?" She was like "Um, Im kinda shy, so I wouldn't, but you totally should." You know he snapped this photo of us!
So I got off the phone and went and sat by him. "Um, sorry to bug you but are you Steve from 90210?" He's all "Yes, I used to be". Then he asked me my name and we talked all about him going to park city, our fav places to ski, etc etc. I was really impressed because he was SO NICE! He kept asking me all about me and what I did etc. When I told him I played the harp he was like "I LOVE the harp! It's the most soothing instrument..." Anyways we kept talking about what I did and music and stuff so in the end he gave me his address and I told him I'd send him my harp CD.
Shoot these pics are so little but he is adorable! I know I'm now a star struck fan..but he had the cutest smile and a little accent. I told him he had a little accent and he said it's cause he grew up in Jersey:)
The BFF absolutely LOVED this show growing up. We never missed an episode and we even had parties where we dressed up like the characters. Ok, and we also made a movie of the reenactment of their prom. I was Kelly and Sarah played Brenda and Rosie played Dylan and Brandon! Ha ha! "Eggs...where'd they go?"
Him on dancing with the stars. Good times
